The editor
Every element of a production is a block on one timeline. Quick blocks, generative blocks, notes, Chat, live changes, animation and hands-on editing.
Blocks, not prompts
The editor turns every element of a production into a block: clips, titles, voice, music, 3D shots and generated pieces. Your agent and you work on the same blocks, so anything it builds is something you can grab.
The timeline has lanes for blocks, video and audio. The preview above it shows the frame under the playhead.
Quick blocks
Add a title, a lower third, a caption or a transition in one click from the bar above the timeline. Each one is a block you edit directly, not a prompt you have to word.
Generative blocks
Mark a gap on the timeline, say what goes there ("storm sky over the lighthouse"), and your agent fills it. The block shows Working, then Done, then waits for you: Keep, Tweak or Discard.
Annotations
Pin a note to a frame in the preview. It travels to your agent with the exact time and shot it points at, so "hold on the lamp a second longer" lands where you meant.
Chat, built in
Ask without leaving the timeline. Changes come back as cards that say what changed, with Keep and Undo.
Live changes
Your agent's edits appear on the timeline as they land, so you see the change itself, not a summary of it.
Animation
Keyframes and easing curves on any block, set by hand or by asking.
Hands-on editing
Grab anything your agent built and change it yourself: position, timing, text, colour. Drag a title in the preview and its block moves in step on the timeline.
Exporting
Every plan exports MP4. Free exports go up to 1080p and end with a 2-second "Made with Swiftbird" card; Plus and Pro add 4K and Premiere XML, with no end card. See Plans and credits.
