Calendar
A month of approved titles, with proposed dates, editable title cards and alerts. Planning a date never publishes anything.
Only approved titles
Calendar is a month grid of the titles you've approved in Research. A title passing research isn't enough; it only appears once you approve it.
Dates
Pick a day with the date picker to propose a date. Then choose what happens to it:
- Save records the date as your own local planning decision.
- Draft in Chat prepares a message so your agent can plan the work around that date. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
Dates do not publish videos. A planned upload in Calendar is a reminder and a plan. Scheduling a real YouTube release happens separately, in Publishing, after you review the upload.
Title cards
Each title sits on a rounded card. You can edit its wording directly and confirm the change. The original wording and its approval record stay attached, so you can always see what was approved.
Alerts
Alerts sit above the calendar. They open expanded and can be collapsed. Each kind has a coloured dot and a text label:

| Cyan | Approval review | An approval is waiting on you |
If Swiftbird doesn't know a film's production state, it says so rather than inventing a problem.
